LithiumCorp's Network Monitoring Platform consists of three key elements. LITHIUM|Core, LITHIUM|Console and LITHIUM|Web. Below is a diagram that illustrates where each component fits in the solution:

LITHIUM|Core performs the automated device monitoring, data collection, analysis and record as well as incorporating a tightly integrated fault management and reporting system. LITHIUM|Core is typically deployed on the network monitoring server(s) in the data-center or central infrastructure deployment. LITHIUM|Core uses SNMP, Telnet and/or other Proprietary protocols to retrieve telemetry and operational data from monitored devices.

LITHIUM|Console is our Windows and Mac OS X network monitoring client. LITHIUM|Console connects to your LITHIUM|Core deployment and allows you to view your monitored devices, analyse telemetry and operational data, produce graphs and interact with the fault tracking system built in to LITHIUM|Core.

LITHIUM|Web is our platform-independent Web-based interface to LITHIUM|Core. The PHP and HTML files required for LITHIUM|Web are included with LITHIUM|Core. LITHIUM|Web provides a basic interface to all monitoring data collected by LITHIUM|Core and interacts with the fault tracking system built in to LITHIUM|Core.
