Device ManagementUsers are now able to manage your devices directly from the console. Firstly, to add a new device, Ctrl-click on the site that you wish to add the device to, and select Add Device...
Enter the details for the new device as requested. The following fields are available:
| Field | Description | Name
| A short name for the device, often its hostname | | Description | A longer text description of the device
| Management IP
| The IP address that the device is managed with
| SNMP Community
| The SNMP V1/2 Community for read-only access
| Vendor Module
| Used to select a specific module to manage SNMP communication. Leave blank for auto-detection
| Profile
| Deprecated. Will be removed in future versions | Refresh Interval
| Period of time (in seconds) between device polls |
Click Add
To edit details of the device, Ctrl-click the site and choose Edit Device...
To remove a device, Ctrl-click on the site and select Remove Device...
